In fact, I'm going to read for twenty minutes, then watch the first part of The Virgin Queen on television - I think I might be missing David Tennant as Rousseau in The Romantics right now.

EDIT: As it happens The Romantics was yesterday - and The Virgin Queen isn't holding my attention...

I didn't even consider watching TVQ, as it was opposite the excellent Foyle's War...

You probably had the better deal, and certainly the better sense of period.
